Your child can participate in a small feeding therapy group. Therapy is tailored to the individual child, but with the advantage of practicing and engaging with other peers to foster their confidence. We all have diverse ways of learning!

The Plan:
π§ [Week 1] Understanding and Addressing Routine with Safe Foods: Discussion on the importance of building (or rebuilding) trust with your child and their relationship to food. Learn processing such as building routines to support their progress.
π¬ [Week 2] Understanding Sensory and Emotional Systems: What are your childβs sensory and emotional activations? Learn about what to look for, and how to support moments of dysregulation around food with less stress.
π [Week 3] Encouraging Food Exploration: Develop skills to encourage children to explore different foods through play, cooking, and other engaging activities.
π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ [Week 4] Parent and Caregiver Support: Engage in group discussions and share experiences with other parents. Learn practical tips for supporting your child's feeding journey at home.
π [Week 5] Celebrating Progress and Planning for the Future: Review the progress made during the group, celebrate successes, and create a plan for continuing progress after the group ends.
