Your child can participate in a small feeding therapy group. Therapy is tailored to the individual child, but with the advantage of practicing and engaging with other peers to foster their confidence. We all have diverse ways of learning!

The Plan:

🧠 [Week 1] Understanding and Addressing Routine with Safe Foods: Discussion on the importance of building (or rebuilding) trust with your child and their relationship to food. Learn processing such as building routines to support their progress.

πŸ’¬ [Week 2] Understanding Sensory and Emotional Systems: What are your child’s sensory and emotional activations? Learn about what to look for, and how to support moments of dysregulation around food with less stress.

🌈 [Week 3] Encouraging Food Exploration: Develop skills to encourage children to explore different foods through play, cooking, and other engaging activities.
